I’ve got my first Nuffnang ad, but…

Something’s missing here. I don’t know whether I should be happy, or confused. First it was email with no ads, now it’s ads without any email or indication. When I first saw the ad, i was very estatic!

noticed that “Blogging For Money” ad in the middle of the page?

So, naturally, I’m happy to finally see Nuffnang ads on my main blog. I happily go over to Nuffnang, login, and went to check what’s the ad period, and how much they are paying me. And this is all that greeted me:

where did all the data goes?

Any advice would be appreciated, although what I would do right now is to submit a help ticket to the support. Keeping my finger crossed, and hope that the ad will stay :)

Got an answer for Timothy Tiah himself - it’s just a minor misunderstanding and everything’s work out fine now. The support’s superb! Another reason to join and support Nuffnang!

    menj - yep.. i received an email from them earlier, saying that the ad will start serving on the 8th, but didn’t (after Tim clarified to me)… and now suddenly out of nowhere the ad appear…. ada sikit pelik lah :)

    Hi Anand,

    Could I trouble you to e-mail me the exact dates the ad was on your blog so I could compare it with the records on our side?

    The campaign date in the e-mail is the time length of the entire campaign. Not all blogs are included consistently throughout the entire length of the campaign, some only for a week instead of 3 weeks so there’s no cause for concern there.

    As for the blogger earnings, once your ad stops showing on a Sunday, you will get your earnings not instantly but within the next two days. This is because our server takes a bit of time to update the records of over 1,400 blogs.

    Anyway at first glance, I don’t think this is a bug but just e-mail me the dates and I’ll get back to you with a firm answer.
