Collaboration, web-style

The new job that I’m doing now requires me to interact with staffs from other countries. For me, i have to deal with people from Singapore and Thailand. The job requires updates and sharing of documents from both ends, where I’ll be the one in charge of coordinating it.

Most of the things are done using Excel - yes, shared file in a shared folder which is shared across everywhere. Troublesome, if you ask me - especially in this age of technology, where intranet software should be the way to be doing things.

I’m downloading the software to give it a try. There is a 30 Day free trial of their software. You’ll just have to contact the people at epazz to get it setup.
