Desperate card seller

What do you do if there’s this credit card agent desperate in pushing cards to you? I don’t what has happened lately to the credit cards markets that the agents are desperately, literally pushing the cards away. Is it they are just out there to make sales?

Some companies may offer 0% credit cards, complete with free annual fees. Some uses different approach - offering 0% balance transfers should you choose to sign up with them.

Whatever they do, it’s just to get new signups. The agents are really desperate - some are even seen pushing their cards to university students! I’ve used that “I’m still a student” phrase, and you know what I got as a response?

“Students also can apply - just ask your parents to sign the consent forms.” What’s happening to the credit card business?
