Paypal with updated image
I just noticed about the change on PayPal’s logo when I logged into their site just now. If you haven’t noticed yet, PayPal actually revamp the layout some time back, while still keeping their old logo.

PayPal - acting up?
I’ve seen a few people who unable to receive/accept payments made to them via PayPal. The reason? They don’t have any US bank account added in their PayPal account. And according to them, they are having some internal system updates. Apparently also, some people I know managed to find workaround to accept the payments, and find people to help them withdraw the PayPal funds out. Some people say it’s doomsday - i say it’s just something temporary

MalaysiaPal: Withdraw PayPal in Malaysia
Being Malaysian, there’s no way that we can get our money off PayPal to our Malaysian bank accounts. If you look hard enough, you’ll eventually find a way to do so. That may involved finding reliable PayPal fund buyer whom you can trust, transfer the PayPal fund to him/her, and get RM back in your bank account. But honest, reliable buyers like that not easy to find.

Money from Paypal
For those who are in the Internet marketing scene for long enough, they’ll know that PayPal is one very convenient way to receive money from anywhere at all. They also know that it’s easy to get the money out of PayPal if you are in the US or if you know how to do it. I didn’t live in the US, but so far, I’ve done 2 (small) withdrawals out of PayPal since I started blogging for money, and I have another one pending.
