Been looking at this option to explore if we can make money out of buying and selling properties, especially new projects in Penang and KL/Selangor area. There’s people i know who are actually making a living buying and selling properties. Well, at least it helps supplement their home income.

The reason i didn’t venture into this is the fact that i need quite a big sum of capital to play with. Well, initially at least, as once you started making money out of the first sales, you’ll have that profit to use as capital for next purchase. I guessed i have to get books on properties trading to understand more.

But i do realised one thing – shophouses are better money-earner than houses/apartments. But of course, it all depends on the locations. Something i got to learn more.

In looking for ways to bring back traffic to my blogs, i re-discover Project Petaling Street. I have been using PPS to bring traffic to my blogs previously, but i stopped doing it when i started blogging intermittently. I used to like going to PPS, and read the postings posted by other bloggers. I even made some friends that way – commenting on stuffs i liked and it’s mutual – i get visits back as well.

So i started doing what i used to do previously – ping PPS, and start visiting and actually commenting on people’s blog. Got to do it the hard way to get constant traffic back to my blogs. I’m not selling any truck accessories so i can’t expect people to come to my blogs searching for those things.

Let’s see how it goes.

Am looking at driving traffic back to my blogs. I have been abandoning them for way too long. I have not been writing regularly, that i sometimes forget what are the purpose of me starting this blog in the first place. Getting back on my foot (blogging-wise, that is) has not been very easy, what’s more with the easiness of Twitter where i could just tweet a one-liner whenever i felt like writing something.

Used to be doing that for my blogs – i must get back that motivation to write once again. Maybe the next time i can write when i first wear my breeches. Maybe next time i can find back what i’m supposed to write in this blog in the first place. Maybe then, i’ll start getting traffic back. But it’s going to be hard work. Let’s see how it goes.

Time to change template again. It’s been awhile since i last tampered with my blogs template – especially this blog and my main blog. Have been kinda lazy to go into the nitty-gritty details of themes update, and decided to leave it as it is for awhile. And i’m getting fed up with the look of my current blogs so decided to look out for some new themes to replace.

If you happen to be here while i was doing the change, don’t be alarmed. Don’t worry, it’s not like i’m selling any Couture Jewelry and lost all my stocks – it’s just my blog themes are changing. And i’m doing something with the rest of my domains that i have now. Let me see – i have……. 1, 2…..8 domains to play with. Damn…..

Tuxedos. I have always wanted to get one. I have always wanted to dress in one too. I mean, i have always wanted to work in such environment where tuxedos are a must – or at least when attending dinners or such. Really don’t know, maybe when i was smaller i used to like wearing smartly to anywhere, and always have this idea of attending dinners wearing tuxedo.

I never even wear a tuxedo during my wedding – it was just a blazer/coat thingy. Perhaps it wasn’t really matching at that time to be wearing tuxedo for my wedding. Well – never really thought about it at that time. Was watching the movie about the tuxedo last night and that sort of invoke my thoughts about tuxedo.

Let’s see if i can make whatever that i dream comes true

It’s almost the time of the year again. Yes – i am referring to Christmas. Although it’s a good 1 month away, but i can already sense Christmas is already coming. I can already see some shops started selling Christmas decorations. So it’s time for the people who celebrates Christmas to worry about what to get as presents for their loved ones.

So what are the usual presents that people buy? For tech-savvies, they may consider digital cameras, PDAs or computers as present. For older folks, perhaps something traditional and time-tested like decorations or glasswares may be the choice.

Whatever the choice is, just make sure enjoy it and don’t get into unnecessary debts

I have been putting this for too long. Lucky that i blog and there’s a lot of things i can find on the Internet that can help me decide. In case you didn’t know, i have been contemplating on taking MBA for a while now, and i have been talking about it since 2-3 years back but still no action taken. So when i was given a chance to review Western Governors Online University’s program, it somehow re-ignite my interest.

With me working full-time, it’s only natural if i go for something that i can do during my free time (i.e at night), and online university fits me very well. Being able to study anywhere and anytime. And of course, it has to be affordable at the same time. Come to think of it, doing online mba is not a bad idea.

Been thinking a lot of my investments that i have already made in my recent years. Am reviewing some of them to see if it’s still optimum in giving me the returns that i wanted. Lucky they are still ok and not causing me to lose sleep and have eyebags so i don’t have to look for best eye cream to reduce the effect.

But then again, I’m not really sure what else can i go into with limited fund to play with in the first place. What i may want to do in quite near future is to get enough money for another house downpayment, hold for 2-3 years, and then sell (hopefully with handsome profit). While i have no exact plans yet as to when to start, it’ll still be a plan although would really loved to try that property investing.

Soon enough.

Been very very busy with work and i haven’t really went to see how’s the result of my latest experiment. Well, not really much of an experiment but more like wanting to know if people still believe that it’s a viable way to make some spare cash with some little cash and a bit of time. More like time used to start up with little cash and how the cash comes in slowly, but surely.

And the best thing is that, you can implement it both online and offline. And at any place at any time – just like
colon cleanse. Of course, you would need to improvise the method a bit to fit the place to implement, but the basic idea is still the same – people, time, and some cash.
